Admissions Process Explained

Joining our prestigious institution has never been easier!
Complete the following steps to submit an application.

  • 1. Create a guardian account and profile.
  • 2. Create a learner account and profile for the child linked to your profile.
  • 3. Complete and submit an online application form with its fee and you are in!
1. Guardian Profile

With a guardian account, you are in control.
Manage learners linked to your account, apply on their behalf, monitor their progress, stay informed with announcements, deadlines, chat to teachers, manage fees/ subscriptions and much more.

  • Click the “Join us” button on our website and follow the easy click-through instructions to create an account with your email address and a password.
  • Add personal details like your contact details to your profile.
  • Make sure to have a scanned version of your ID document (for SA residents) or passport to upload.
2. Learner Profile

A learner profile unlocks a world of opportunity for our young heroes.
Providing access to their live and pre-recorded lessons, crafted digital learning material, practice tools, course announcements, chats with teachers and much more.

  • Hit the 'Manage Children' button, then the 'Add Child' button.
  • Enter the learner's personal email address and create a password for them to access their account (We recommend Google Family to create an email for a minor).
  • Add their details to complete their profile.
  • Ensure that you have a scanned copy of their Birth Certificate/ Passport/ ID to upload.
3. Application Form
  • Select the academic year, curriculum, grade and learning mode.
  • Select the subject electives if applicable.
  • Upload a scanned copy of the learner's last report or type in their academic history.
  • Add second guardian's contact detail. *Note: More than one guardian can create a guardian account and request permission to connect to the learner's account from the primary guardian who added the child first.
  • Accept the terms and conditions.
  • Remit the fee via PayFast, a secure online payment platform.
